General Terms and Conditions 

Our general terms and conditions for sale will apply in all instances, unless varied by this indication or confirmed in writing by ourselves. Copies of our terms and conditions are included or available upon request from our office. 
 
Order acceptance 
Order of acceptance will be confirmed in writing within 7 working days of receipt of written confirmation order. 
 
Working Hours 
All prices are based on works being undertaken during normal working hours (08.00-17.30), with our engineers having unimpeded access at all times. If works are carried out at times other than these it will be subject to a supplementary charge., unless these times are requested by our project supervisor to ensure health and safety, or otherwise stated. 
 
Continuity of Works 
Please note all prices are based on continuity of work. However, should we due to factors beyond our control be unable to carry out the works and commissioning in an uninterrupted manor, an additional charge of £400 for every return visit will be levied. This charge is not applicable to pre-planned multi visit schedules of work agreed in writing prior to commencement of the project. 
 
Proforma Invoicing 
Projects of £10,000 or above will be subject to a proforma invoice, as a percentage of the project value before works commence. Percentage to be agreed before the project can start. 
 
Progressed Payments 
For projects spanning 4 weeks or more, or extending over moth end, the company reserve the right to issue an interim invoice to cover the percentage of materials on site and work completed against the total value. Payment of this invoice is due immediately to ensure continuation of works. Should we, due to factors beyond our control be unable to undertake final commissioning within 7 days of completing the installation, final invoices will be sent and become on the above terms. 
Availability 
Dencold Refrigeration Services Limited cannot accept responsibility for any supplier becoming out of stock between the dates of this indication and the ordering of equipment following receipt of your written instructions. Please note orders will not be placed with suppliers without receipt of your written instructions. 
 
Warranty 
Any parts of the equipment in the opinion of the manufactures or his agent, that proves to be defective within the warranty period, will be replaced free of charge, subject to the equipment being maintained by Dencold throughout the whole of the warranty period. Please note failure to maintain the system is deemed to be neglect by the manufacturers and will result in warranties becoming void. This does not affect your statutory right. If the system is adjusted, maintained or altered in any way (except normal user control) by any party any other than Dencold or other accredited manufactures installer, then the terms of the warranty will be deemed to be broken and all warranties will become void. 
 
Validity 
Our prices can be considered firm from 30 days of the day of this offer, subject to review following this date. 
 
Health and Safety and Environmental Policies 
Dencold Refrigeration Services Limited operates to specific health and safety, quality and environmental policies. Details can be provided upon request. 
 
VAT 
All prices are subject to the addition of VAT which will be added at the rate prevailing at the time of invoicing. 
 
Payment 
Payment will be due with in 30 days from the invoice date.
